Job Description
The Software Manager will be developing a new innovative and groundbreaking product for the Interactive Digital Media industry. He/she is responsible for managing a team to design and develop a complex GUI based client server applications in a distributed environment. He/she will be responsible for leading the requirements capture, application architecture design, GUI system, and data modelling, based on business requirements. The position has responsibility for the overall team management and the delivery of software product. The person should have the ability to work with the developers in the implementation of applications and databases and designs to meet system requirements.
Job Requirement
1. Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science / Engineering, Information technology, or related disciplines.
2. Minimum 8 years relevant experience, with 5 years experience in managing and leading large and complex software development projects.
3. Thorough knowledge of OOP and OOA techniques
4. Experience in agile development and developing service oriented N-tier business applications and in SDLC process, software QA, and CMMI
5. Microsoft .NET Framework, C++/Client Server architecture, Windows GUI development, and SQL/relational database.
6. Knowledge and experience in 3D, Game/Simulation technology, Wireless technologies, Location-based services.
7. Strong technical leadership, communication, inter-personal, project management and people management skills and strong in hands-on development work.
8. Must be pro-active, self-confident, diligent, self-motivated with a positive working attitude.
